Principal Lawyer

Diana has acted in wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters on behalf of individuals, corporations, and large groups. She has significant trial and appeal court experience, gained in a broad range of jurisdictions. She has particular expertise in shareholder class actions and individual shareholder disputes, regulatory proceedings, professional negligence claims, trust disputes, and contractual disputes.

Prior to joining Phi Finney McDonald, Diana was a Principal Lawyer at a large law firm, where she worked on class actions and commercial litigation matters. Diana’s experience also includes time working for the Insolvency Service in the United Kingdom.
