Principal Lawyer

We have a unique opportunity for a Principal Lawyer with extensive experience in commercial litigation or class actions to join either our Melbourne or Sydney office. As a Principal Lawyer at Phi Finney McDonald you will be responsible for the carriage of multiple high profile class actions and/or pieces of complex litigation. The position requires strong leadership and management skills, and a track record of delivering high quality and strategic legal work and advice, producing excellent results. We’re keen to meet lawyers who want to change the world for the better.

This position is salary partner equivalent, and the firm offers excellent remuneration, genuine work/life balance and flexible work, and strong leave entitlements. This is a full time position, however part time (min 3 days flexibly taken) applications are encouraged and will be considered.
