As Head of Human Resources at Phi Finney McDonald, Lauren overseas the HR function for all offices nationally and the UK providing strategic, operational and generalist HR advice to our employees and Directors.
Lauren has an encouraging leadership style coupled with a passion for creating a strong inclusive culture.
Working across professional services firms for the past 20 years Lauren is a commercially focused HR leader with success in driving people management strategies and managing complex business problems. She is particularly experienced in the areas of performance and career development, employee relations, business transformation, engagement, coaching and talent management.
Outside of work it’s all about travel, trying out new restaurants and her family.
