Associate

Ashley is an associate with a passion for protecting vulnerable members of society.  At Phi Finney McDonald, he works on ongoing matters and identifies potential new class actions in socially and economically significant areas.

Before joining the firm, Ashley worked at a boutique firm specialising in employment class actions, where he developed extensive skills in complex quantitative loss modelling in a number of high-profile wage theft cases involving some of Australia’s most recognisable brands. Ashley also has a comprehensive understanding of the Federal Court of Australia’s practice and procedure, where he worked on class action litigation for several years.

Ashley’s work ethos is centred around ensuring the law serves and protects the most vulnerable people in our society. His expertise and commitment to social justice make him an invaluable asset to Phi Finney McDonald and his clients.
